About Shannon Lukes

Shannon Lukes is a licensed Montana REALTOR® specializing in residential and commercial real estate in Missoula and surrounding communities. She is affiliated with CENTURY 21 Peak Properties and works directly with buyers, sellers, business owners, and investors who value clear strategy and thoughtful representation.

With more than 20 years of experience as a commercial loan officer, Shannon brings a financial and analytical perspective to real estate transactions. Her background in commercial lending allows clients to evaluate real estate decisions through both a market and financial lens, particularly in higher-value residential, commercial, and land transactions.

Shannon has advised clients expanding operations and real estate holdings across Montana. She is known for her detail-oriented approach and for acting as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson. “Giving my clients the best possible service and being a trusted advisor has always been my focus,” Shannon says. “I’m very particular — I want every detail to reflect my client’s goals.”

Born and deeply involved in the Missoula community, Shannon believes strong local markets are built through service and leadership. Her volunteer work includes Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), the Community Medical Center Foundation, the University of Montana Foundation, and the American Heart Association, where she was honored as Volunteer of the Year.

Outside of real estate, Shannon and her husband Bob — an attorney at Garlington, Lohn & Robinson — are the founders and co-owners of Highlander Beer, a Missoula brewery that revived a historic local beer brand. They also founded and operated the Missoula Celtic Festival for nearly a decade, supporting numerous local nonprofits. When not working, Shannon enjoys time with family and being outdoors — hiking, golfing, skiing, and traveling.
